Pattern is well written as is every one of the C&W patterns.
As always, counting was an issue for me. On the longer rows - starting after 7th ruffle - I used one kind of stitch marker every 10 stitches and a different stitch marker on the 2nd stitch of an increase or on the decrease in the final rows. This helped immensely.
