   I bought this pattern mainly to use it as my submission for a holiday competition we had at work called "Anything but the tree". Everyone loved it so much I won! The pattern itself was very easy to follow and it worked up quick. I left out the arm holding the wine glass just to keep it work friendly. I absolutely love his Trevor came out.

   Absolutely love how this tree turned out. I made him for my father-in-law for Christmas this year. He doesn't drink so I left off the wine glass and kept him up straight. Great pattern and nice product.

   This was a fantastic pattern. Easy to follow. I didn't add any weight because I wanted it to be a softie rather than a doorstop. Also, I did tweak it a little and added wings and feet purely because it was being gifted to someone who loved penguins and I wanted it to be as realistic looking as I could.    I had so much fun converting this into a Pink Christmas Tree hat for my granddaughter … everyone loved it … but I think she was a little embarrassed to wear it … LOL … but it created a perfect “Christmas Story” moment… not unlike what happened in the movie …
   Who wore their “pink nightmare” better?

   I'm not a very experienced crocheter and I am really pleased with my Trevor. Excellent easy to follow instructions, I found him easy to stitch and put together and he is such a fun decoration, he was a real hit with visitors.

   Every time I see this pattern it makes me grin. So I was really happy to finally have time to make one. Which turned into 2 pretty quickly. The pattern is extremely well written and easy to follow. I would definitely buy more patterns (ok. I actually already did buy pretty much all the patterns…don’t judge me, I have a prescription. I mean they called it a receipt but whatever).
